The Garavan neighborhood is renowned for its sunshine and quality of life, with shops and beaches nearby. The port of Menton Garavan and the Quai des Sablettes have been redeveloped, offering shops, restaurants, private beaches, water sports, fitness trails and live entertainment. Bus and train station nearby, with connections to the city center, Italy, Monaco and the entire region. Free public parking.

- Arrival outside opening hours:
For arrivals between 7pm and 10pm, there is a €60 surcharge to be paid on site. No arrivals after 10 pm.
- Deposit returned 15 days after departure.
*Cleaning: we ask that garbage cans, fridge/freezer and dishwasher be emptied.
Glass bottles are to be deposited in town in the containers provided.
