C539, Detached house: This house is ideally located in the center of Hasparren. Just 300 m from the shops and 400 m from the village center, it can accommodate up to 4 people.
The accommodation opens onto a large living area: living room with TV, dining room, open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, conventional oven, microwave, etc.). The house has two bedrooms: one is a master suite with a 140cm bed and TV, with dressing room and en-suite shower room, the other has a 140cm bed + TV and storage space. There is also a second, independent shower room with double basin.
The garden is fully enclosed: gate and parking space in the courtyard.

Bed linen and towels are not provided (a fee is payable to the agency).
The rental must be left clean (a cleaning service may be provided for a fee).
An inventory of fixtures is carried out on each departure (cf art 1731 of the civil code).
The following customers have 24 hours to inform us of anything they feel is not in order, or that our services have forgotten to report.
If tenants leave on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 am on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory of fixtures will be carried out by the agency the day before departure. This will ensure that everything is in working order and that no damage has occurred. In the case of a pre-assessment, the deposit will be cancelled (credit card) or returned cancelled (cheque), after the tenants' actual departure.
This accommodation is provided by a professional. Unless otherwise stated, services such as cleaning, sheets, towels, etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (indicated in the advert), a supplement may apply.
