My Home Connexion is the exclusive agent for this former Mas built in 1785 and fully renovated to bring out the charm of Provence! Set in the heart of the Arles countryside on 11,000m² of land, with fields as far as the eye can see.
On the ground floor, the main Mas comprises a large living room with lounge, dining room, a beautiful fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, and upstairs 4 bedrooms sharing a shower room and bathroom.
The bedroom at pool level is independent, with its own shower room, toilet, sitting area and sleeping area, all with a lovely view over the pool.
The 13 x 6m swimming pool is secured by a fence, and a summer kitchen with electric plancha and dining area lets you enjoy the pool all day long!

Bed linen included, departure cleaning 300€ - A lump sum may be deducted from the security deposit if the garbage has not been taken out by the tenant, if the house is returned in a deplorable state compared to the inventory of fixtures on arrival, and if any linen is missing.
Tourist tax not included in the price (6.19€ x number of adults + 18 years x number of nights). Deposit: €2,000 to be paid by credit card imprint or bank transfer only, before moving in.
