These 2 classified twin Residences 3 *** Luxe are located in the vicinity immediate of the Residences
4 **** Balconies of Sirius and Antarès.
They divide a heated interior swimming pool. Customers lodged in the Residences
Beaver & Pollux have free access to the swimming pool (according to schedules).
All the apartments are equipped with a dishwasher, of a compound microwaves & oven
electric, and of a TV flat panel display of approximately 12 chains (TV included in the price of the hiring).
Studio 4 beds: minimal surface of 22 m ² useful.

The toilets either are located in a big room of baths, or separated from the bathroom.

Outdated table and stool, no storage space in the master bedroom, 1 cramped toilet where you have to leave the door open to put your feet down, insufficient water pressure and it's difficult to adjust the hot and cold water, noisy apartment, emergency doors don't close and the doors are in bad condition, cold air and snow get into the corridor.

The accommodation for 6/8 people was really too small. There were 6 of us, all on top of each other, with just one small sofa and stools, so it wasn't very comfortable. The bedding wasn't very comfortable and the building's soundproofing was poor. The accommodation was not very clean when we arrived (dust, hair lying around in the bathroom, etc.). The pool was occupied all the time by screaming children playing everywhere (we were on a school holiday). On the other hand, the staff are very friendly and responsive! We had a dishwasher that didn't work and they replaced it straight away, even though it was Christmas Day. The accommodation is also well located.

2 rooms upstairs supposedly with 1 bed 2 pers in each room but in fact in one of the 2 rooms you find yourself with 2 single beds including 1 bed that folds out and at that point you can not close the door!!!! A velux window that doesn't close all the way, so you can smell the air! With nights at 4 degrees it's average !!! The sofa bed with 4 broken slats is average too !!!

The environment is really nice, the resort offers a lot of activities, but everything is really expensive! You have to go downhill to get cheaper things. The accommodation was dirty in some places, the pool is very cold, and a sewage smell was present throughout the stay. To top it all off, our car was vandalized on the last night (scratched all around the vehicle) even though we were parked normally in the parking lot. We had to lodge a complaint with the gendarmerie.

Unfortunately the apartment was very dirty and damaged as of our arrival, that was announced more bad odors in the elevator not of wall cupboard at the level of the swimming pool and especially that that was sold to me like duplex except it was not the case thus except put the reception I remain disappointed by the residence and me which is accustomed to leave to the ski it was the first and last time in risoul!I was used to going to the ski resort for the first and last time in Risoul !, small parenthesis except for the baker, the shopkeepers do not do this job by vocation and we received several setbacks in bars that were reserved for students and we did not have the head of students !!!, so I wanted to please my son and my wife at the last minute I am very disappointed and angry !!!
