Il Colle Sul Mare Holiday Home is a simple but comfortable villa located in Montarice, Porto Recanati, 2 km from the sea, easily reachable by car or with the free shuttle made available by the municipality. The apartment is ideal for couples and families who want to spend their holidays on the famous Conero Riviera, confirmed as Blue Flag for several years now.
The house offers a total of 6 beds divided into two double bedrooms and a sofa bed, two complete bathrooms with a window and a large private outdoor living space equipped with a table, chairs and a swing for eating out and relaxing.
