We welcome you to our typical single-storey Languedoc villa set in 900 m2 of grounds.
Facing a south-facing landscaped garden and swimming pool, the air-conditioned property includes a fitted kitchen opening onto a high-ceilinged living room with exposed beams, 3 bedrooms + 1 master suite in an independent 30m2 studio.
You're in a peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle of the town center, close to the Bagnas nature reserve.
