These newly built apartments are located on the beautiful Las Canteras beach, ideal for a relaxing holiday on the island. The apartment is comfortable and cosy, with all the necessary equipment for a pleasant stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a main room with a double bed and another room with a single bed, and a bathroom with all the necessary elements. It also has a Wi-Fi connection, washing machine, oven, microwave, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, among other features, to enjoy your stay.

The accommodation is in a newly built building in a very central location, just a few steps from Las Canteras beach, with private parking available upon prior reservation prices are half of what they cost in the areawhich, you must reserve in advance. An apartment between the first and fifth floors can be allocated depending on availability. Please keep in mind that the photos are indicative, and the distribution and decoration of each apartment may vary.

The parking lot of the building has two floors and 8 parking spaces.There are two parking spaces on the street level and a vehicle lift to access floor -1 where there are 6 more parking spaces.
