This exclusive place is designed to enjoy the gifts of nature with your family or friends. A place full of peace and harmony, with the sea as the protagonist, and landscapes so unique that they will allow you to immortalize memories for a lifetime.
This remodeled house has 2 bedrooms, with capacity for 4 people, it has 2 modern bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a large designer breakfast bar. The house has Wi-Fi and two terraces, one with a barbecue and direct access to the sea, and another much larger one with hammocks and a private pool. Without a doubt, our house is a unique place where you will have everything you need to enjoy, relax, and spend unforgettable days with your loved ones.

The accommodation is located in a privileged area, isolated and away from mass tourism, full of peace and harmony with nature, mainly the sea and landscapes that you will never forget. It is ideal to escape from the stress of the city and share with your loved ones, in which it will be essential to go in your own vehicle. Among the equipment we find, Wi-Fi, washing machine, oven, microwave, kitchenware in general, hair dryer, iron and, etc... and many other elements that you can see in the ad and which will make you enjoy a pleasant stay on the island.

The entrance to this accommodation will be autonomous, we will leave the keys in a safe and the access code will be provided after completing the online Check-in days before your arrival. We will always be at your disposal, either digitally or by telephone, if it is necessary for a person to come to the accommodation, we can also organize it, although for everyone's safety we try to avoid personal contact as much as possible, we understand that sometimes can avoid.

The location of the house is in Caleton, a very quiet fishing village, in Matanza de Acentejo. The house is facing the sea and a natural pool, which will allow you to bathe, as long as the weather is good and it is safe. Please do not go into the sea if it is rough, as it can be very dangerous. Also you can even fish from a dock that we have very close. Keep in mind that this house is practically built on the sea, and staying here you will have all the good and bad that this entails. Here you will hear the sea day and night, the tide rises and falls, sometimes you can swim in the sea and other times you just have to watch it. In certain seasons of the year the sunsets are incredible here.

We recommend our guests to come with their own or rental vehicle, otherwise they will need a taxi when they want to leave and return to town.

The private pool of our house has a somewhat complicated access. We recommend our guests to take special care when entering or leaving the pool, and even not to do so if they do not feel capable. We apply all the security measures of the COVID-19 cleaning protocols in our properties.
