D. Carlos I will undoubtedly be #1 property for all guests who enjoy tranquility, proximity and comfort. Our large property is in the heart of the city of Portimão, a short distance from the riverside area. Smart TV, high-speed Internet, among other amenities. The property was fully renovated last year.
D. Carlos I will be the best option for those who want to be close to everything and not want to drive during their holidays.
Spacious apartment with about 110 m2 consisting of 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, 3 balconies, one of the balconies was decorated for the little ones to feel to be in a games room. Air conditioning in all rooms (bedrooms and living room), modern bathroom with Italian shower, washing machine, dishwasher, Delta Q espresso machine, among other appliances. Outdoor furniture on the large terrace overlooking the river Arade.
Guests will have exclusive access to the apartment. Free parking at the back of the building.

Located at a short distance from the center of Portimão and a few minutes from Praia da Rocha, the building has only 4 floors (with elevator), a single apartment per floor and the D. Carlos I is located on the top floor of the building, which allows you, from its terrace, have an excellent view over the river Arade. Wide variety of restaurant
All our check-ins are in person and usually between 4pm and 7pm. Let us always know your estimated time of arrival, since we could have other check-ins at the same time and we must schedule our team to be (if we did not have any unexpected issues) the first to be at property.
* If you are arriving by plane, share your flight number and once you are ready to leave the airport, give us a call.
* If you are traveling by car give us always a call 1 hour before.
If you would like us to assist you with a private transfer from the airport to the property. Let us know.
We like to welcome our guests. Our check-ins are made from 4 pm, and for late arrivals there is a supplement to be paid:
• From 7 pm to 10 pm: 25 euros | From 10 pm: 45 euros
• Check-ins before 4pm and subject to availability: 25 euros
• “Late” check-outs and subject to availability: until 2 pm: 25 euros - until 6 pm: 50 euros
Rental services:
• Cot: 12 euros/unit/stay and baby chair: 7 euros/unit/stay
• Beach towels: 6 euros per towel/stay
Services that are not included may have an additional cost of between 30 and 150 euros such as:
• For opening doors (forgotten or lost keys).
• Additional deliveries of towels or other products.
• Equipment repairs (due to negligence).
• All other services that are not mentioned in the information.
A security deposit of 300 euros is required upon arrival. The deposit will be returned within 7 days by bank transfer after thorough cleaning and verification of the apartment.
