There's nothing better than spending your holidays by the sea and just a few minutes' walk from the historic center of Albufeira. ROSA GUEST HOUSE Nº 1 (the building consists of 6 apartments and managed by the dear owner, D. Rosa). This accommodation can accommodate up to 2 people and consists of 1 bedroom (2 single beds). Bathroom fully equipped American kitchen, Internet. Its location could not be better. Go down the street and you have your feet in the water.
Built in a rustic building and with an impeccable location, this accommodation located on the ground floor measures about 40 m2, has a bedroom, 1 bathroom with bathtub and a kitchenette, dining area and internet connection.
Guests will have exclusive access to the property and the “rooftop” of the property with superb views of the ocean.

24 hours before your arrival, you will receive a message from me in order to best coordinate your arrival time. Our Meet and Greet will always be at the property.
Situated a few meters from Inatel beach and the historic center of Albufeira, guests will also have all the facilities they need within walking distance of the property. The ideal place for those who don't drive or for those who don't have a car. Quiet area where you can also enjoy local shops with bars, supermarkets, restaurants and others.
Albufeira center (old town) – 100 meters

We like to welcome our guests. Our check-ins are made from 4 pm, and for late arrivals there is a supplement to be paid:
• From 7 pm to 10 pm: 25 euros | From 10 pm to midnight: 45 euros | After midnight: 90 euros
• Check-ins before 4pm and subject to availability: 25 euros
• “Late” check-outs and subject to availability: until 2 pm: 25 euros - until 6 pm: 50 euros
Rental services:
• Cot: 12 euros/unit/stay and baby chair: 7 euros/unit/stay
• Beach towels: 6 euros per towel/stay
Services that are not included may have an additional cost of between 30 and 150 euros such as:
• For opening doors (forgotten or lost keys).
• Additional deliveries of towels or other products.
• Equipment repairs (due to negligence).
• All other services that are not mentioned in the information.
Final cleaning fee: (to be paid on the day of arrival)

A security deposit of 100 euros is required upon arrival. The deposit will be returned within 7 days by bank transfer after thorough cleaning and verification of the apartment.
