The Résidence "Les Chalets des Rennes" is located on the heights of Vars at around 2000 m, in a quiet, unspoilt setting, and comprises charming little wood-clad chalets with noble, typically mountain architecture.
The chalets are made up of cosy, fully-equipped apartments sleeping 2 to 8, with balconies.
The residence is located 200 m from the shops (mini-market and sports stores...) and 400 m from the center of the Vars resort.
The residence has an outdoor pool and solarium (open only in summer) and an indoor pool (open summer and winter). It will be open this summer from 29/06/2024 to 31/08/2024.
The ski lifts are open from 06/07/2024 to 01/09/2024.
This modern 3-room apartment (40m²) faces north-east and can accommodate up to 6 people.
It has a large balcony with unobstructed mountain views.
The best thing about this apartment is that it's located in the same building as the swimming pool and private ski locker, from which you can ski straight out.
The underground parking lot is also in the same building, and can be accessed by elevator.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need for your stay, including kettle, toaster, combined oven & microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, raclette machine and dishwasher.
Sleeping facilities include a sofa bed (160x190cm) in the living room, a double bed (160x190cm) in one bedroom, and a second bedroom with a bunk bed.
The bathroom has a bathtub where you can relax after your favorite activities.
A restaurant, sports store and grocery store are just 200 m away, as are ski slopes and hiking trails in summer.
To access the parking lot, the road is unpaved, so in winter you'll need snow chains or snow tires.
There's an indoor pool in winter, and two pools in summer (one indoor and one outdoor), in a magnificent setting surrounded by beautiful mountains.
