The Résidence "Les Chalets des Rennes" is located on the heights of Vars at around 2000 m, in a quiet, unspoilt setting, and comprises charming little wood-clad chalets with noble, typically mountain architecture.
The chalets are made up of cosy, fully-equipped apartments sleeping 2 to 8, with balconies.
The residence is located 200 m from the shops (mini-market and sports stores...) and 400 m from the center of the Vars resort.
The residence has an outdoor pool and solarium (open only in summer) and an indoor pool (open summer and winter). It will be open this summer from 29/06/2024 to 31/08/2024.
The ski lifts are open from 06/07/2024 to 01/09/2024.
This spacious & modern 3-room 50m² apartment faces north-east and can accommodate up to 6 people.
It is a duplex apartment with a large balcony and unobstructed mountain views.
A personal WIFI connection is available.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need for your stay, including kettle, toaster, combi oven & microwave, Nespresso coffee maker and dishwasher.
Sleeping facilities include a 160x190 sofa bed in the living room, and a 160x190cm double bed in each of the two bedrooms.
The bathroom on the ground floor is spacious, with a shower for disabled people and a toilet. You'll find a second bathroom with a bathtub upstairs, and a separate toilet.
For your convenience, there's a private ski locker in the residence from which you can ski in and out, as well as a private underground parking space.
As the road is not paved, you'll need to be equipped with chains or snow tires to access this parking area in winter.
You're just 200 meters from a restaurant, sports store and grocery store, as well as the start of a ski slope and, in summer, hiking trails.
You'll enjoy an indoor pool in winter, and two pools in summer (one indoor and one outdoor) in a magnificent setting surrounded by beautiful mountains.
