Passionate farmers, it's in Chalosse, facing the Pyrenees, that we have the pleasure of welcoming you to the heart of a family farm that's been going strong for 5 generations.
An ideal place for a quiet, authentic stay, the beaches are only 1 hour away, and you can take advantage of the swimming pool shared with the owners. The house has been completely renovated, and the antique furniture has been restored to its former glory in a universe of intense, warm colors. The ground floor features a large fitted kitchen opening onto a spacious double living room. A vast double-height entrance hall leads to a separate toilet with washbasin, a large laundry room and a spacious bedroom (sleeping capacity 160) with private shower room and toilet. A magnificent staircase leads to a generous landing, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140, 2 beds 90x200 which can sleep 180x200), a bathroom with toilet and a shower room with toilet. For your comfort: heat pump with cast-iron radiators on the ground floor and reversible air-conditioning upstairs. An ornamental garden, rich in flower varieties, surrounds the house and its covered terrace with garden furniture and plancha. Between June and September, you can also take advantage of the swimming pool (10mx5m, depth from 1m to 2.20m, with high shelter), located close to the owner's house, below the farm. You can visit the farm, discover the production of the cannery and be welcomed in the store located next to the gîte. This gîte is modular, so when you rent Le Petit Jouandéou you only have the rooms mentioned above (2 upstairs bedrooms are closed and not accessible). You'll find this gîte for rentals of 7 to 10 people maximum under reference 10461 all year round and for the end-of-year vacations.
