Let yourself be charmed by this town where nature, gastronomy, traditions and old stones blend harmoniously. St Sever is the epitome of authenticity, and all this on a festive note. The Turon gîte, on the ground floor with an upper floor, is a town house within walking distance of all shops and amenities, including a restaurant in the immediate vicinity. The gîte benefits from enclosed grounds of around 970 m², with a garden area featuring wooden garden furniture and a barbecue for convivial outdoor moments. The ground floor features a fitted kitchen that doubles as a living room, equipped with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, induction hob, shower room and storeroom. The living area features a sofa, armchair and TV corner (chromecast and wifi), plus 1 bedroom with 140cm bed. The staircase leads to 2 bedrooms upstairs (1 x 160cm bed and 2 x 80cm beds, which can be converted into a kingsize bed). 2 small steps to access the bedrooms. The bedroom with king-size bed can accommodate 1 extra person (1 bed 90). Baby equipment available: cot, high chair, bathtub. Parking available on the property or in the public parking lot opposite. A municipal electricity terminal is 600 m away. Open shed for small vehicles or bicycles. Electric heating available at extra cost. For your entertainment, the "voie verte" is 2 km away for hiking, and there's a bowling green 600 m away. A shuttle bus to Mont de Marsan is available at a reasonable price.
The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
