The privileged location of Linxe, 15 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean and 10 minutes from Lac de Léon on the Vielle side, makes it a choice destination all year round! Located in the village, Le Clos Duche has been designed to provide all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay, including a private swimming pool (4x6 m, depth 1.30 m, secured by an alarm). Open from June to September, weather permitting. You'll enjoy a well-kept garden, a pleasant wooden terrace overlooking the pool with garden furniture and a gas barbecue. Access to the gite is via an electric gate, with the possibility of bringing vehicles inside. This vacation rental, mainly on the ground floor, offers :
a living room with open-plan kitchen (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, electric oven, microwave), living room (TV, wifi), 2 bedrooms (1 sleeping 140, 3 sleeping 90), shower room with shower tray, wall-hung toilet in shower room. Washing-machine/dryer combination in shower room. For your comfort, bed linen and towels are included, but towels are available for hire. The gite has a mezzanine with 1 double bed (for teenagers), and a relaxation area, but under a crawl space. Baby equipment is available (cot, high chair and bathtub). Gîte opposite the school in the village. Around Linxe, the forest is omnipresent, preserved and abundant. If you're a keen walker, why not take the "Binaou" footpath for a stroll through the forest. By bike or mountain bike (hire nearby), ride along the "Lo Camin de Hé" cycle path in harmony with the natural surroundings. And don't forget the local produce! Bring a little Landes and South-Western France with you, and extend your vacation!
The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
