Shower room with toilet, 1 bedroom (1 bed 140, 1 crib). Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Electric heating, garden furniture, barbecue, terrace, shared courtyard. The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
