2nd floor: attic converted into a large open-plan children's area:
-a sleeping area on a vast mezzanine (2 beds 90 x 200)
-a play/office area with 2 trundle beds (2 x 80 suitable for children).

GREEN UP socket for safe recharging of electric vehicles (extra charge). Car parking.
