We look forward to welcoming you to Vieux Boucau, for a pleasant seaside getaway with family or friends. Ideally located between forest and ocean, just 1.5km from the beaches, you'll appreciate the calm of the area, the presence of the cycle path just 200m away, and the possibility of discovering the lake on foot or by bike, as well as the many activities on offer in this pretty seaside resort. The villa is functional and bright: you'll particularly appreciate the large living room bathed in light. A pleasant stay on the Landes coast to discover all year round. This gîte is on one level (one step from the outside). It comprises a large living room (flat-screen TV, WIFI) with fully-equipped kitchen (3 gas hobs, electric oven, extractor fan, microwave, fridge), 3 bedrooms (1 bed 160, 1 bed 140, 2 beds 90), bathroom (bath and shower), separate toilet, storeroom (with washing machine). Baby equipment (high chair and cot) is available. The exterior features a 590m² enclosed garden planted with trees and flowers, with a private terrace, garden furniture, barbecue and 2 sun loungers. Vehicle parking is available on the gated property. A bicycle shed is available. Only one pet allowed.
The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
