La Maison des Amis is the ideal place to forge unforgettable vacation memories south of the Landes coast. We've created a friendly place where young and old alike can enjoy lazing around, reading in the shade of the mimosa or on the 27m2 covered terrace, or having a laugh around the barbecue, the plancha or the heated swimming pool (from June to September, shared with the owner on site and secured by a roller shutter) and its sunny terrace.
You'll find an 850m2 enclosed garden in a quiet neighborhood just a few hundred meters from the pine forest leading to the beaches of Ondres (3km), Labenne (5km) and Tarnos (6km) by road, or the many cycle paths starting from the house.
You'll also find all the local shops and the Ondres Sunday market easily accessible on foot or by bike This fully-equipped, independent, single-storey house is perfect for relaxing and unwinding in any season.
It comprises :
- a small, functional, fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, electric oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine)
- a large living room with dining area and lounge (TV and WIFI) featuring a convertible sofa (extra bed 140x190)
- a first bedroom with a 160x200 bed and outside access
- a second bedroom with a 140x190 bed and a 90x190 bunk bed
- For your comfort, bed linen, towels, household linen, end-of-stay cleaning, water, electricity and heating are included in the price.
Baby equipment (cot, changing table, high chair, bottle warmer) is available. Although located on the property, the owner's personal dwelling is separated by a wooden fence. In July and August, bookings are made by the week, from Saturday to Saturday.
