Situated on a hillside, the campsite overlooks the charming medieval village of Orpierre, a prime climbing spot.
Its 124 shaded and delimited pitches, spread over several platforms, make this a haven of peace where nature and sporting activities are king.
Children can run around in total peace, while parents and teenagers can enjoy a wide range of activities on and around the campsite.

Welcome to Camping Les Princes d'Orange, in Orpierre!
Les Princes d'Orange campsite welcomes you to a fabulous natural area with 124 shaded and delimited pitches! Our campsite has developed a real family spirit and a sense of well-being, for a vacation full of memories. Our campsite has terraced pitches with a magnificent view over our village of Orpierre.

Description of the region
The Hautes-Alpes region
Our campsite is located in the Hautes-Alpes, the stronghold of the Princes of Orange (ancestors of the Royal House of the Netherlands).
We're at the crossroads of three magnificent départements (Drôme Provençale, Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, Hautes-Alpes du Sud), in a valley with a prestigious historical past (the route of the Princes d'Orange), crossed by the Lavender Route, Les Chemins du Soleil, so many words and expressions that speak for themselves.
Here, the mountains turn south, and the climate becomes Mediterranean, rich in sunshine and light, but tempered by the altitude (750 m).
We are also fortunate to be located opposite the Orpierre cliffs, so much appreciated by men and women of all backgrounds, nationalities and ages, simply for the pleasure of climbing or contemplating them.

The three bedrooms are distributed as follows:
- One room with a 160 x 200cm bed

- One bedroom with 2 single beds 80 x 190cm.
A large kitchen, fully equipped for 6 people.
A living room with television and air-conditioning.
Two bathrooms, two WCs.
A huge 50m2 semi-covered wooden terrace with a solarium area, a plancha, a large private Jacuzzi and a beautiful view.
