Antilles Exception offers this beautiful villa located about 2km from the village of the famous seaside resort of Saint Francois in Guadeloupe.
You enjoy a quiet, green and secure environment.
The villa is 5mn from Raisins Clairs beach (one of the most beautiful of Guadeloupe), and close to the town center, the Marina as well as the landing for the boat departures to the islands.
This very nice 160m² villa can accommodate up to 8 people.
It is divided into 2 parts.
The first part:
1 parental suite with air conditioning and a Queen Size bed (160/200), its dressing and its private shower room with WC
1 air-conditioned Mezzanine open on the living room and furnished with 2 single beds
1 living room open onto the terrace, with a sofa and a large flat screen TV
The second part:
1 air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed (140/200)
1 air-conditioned bedroom with 2 single beds that can be put together (180/200)
1 shared shower room

1 kitchen, very well equipped, and a dining area with table and chairs
1 vast 200m² terrace partially shaded with tables and chairs where you will enjoy your meals while taking advantage of the view on the swimming pool.
