This house, named Le Gabelou, comprises a large living room, a 140cm sofa bed in the living room, an open, fully-equipped kitchen, a first bedroom with a 140cm bed, a second bedroom with 3 90cm beds (2 of which are bunk beds), a shower room with whirlpool shower and toilet, and a second separate toilet.
During your stay, you'll enjoy the enclosed, flower-filled, landscaped garden, complete with garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol and barbecue. You'll be able to enjoy your meals outside in absolute peace and quiet. For your information, the garden was awarded 1st communal prize from 2016 to 2023. Departmental prize in 2016.
A private parking space is available on the property, allowing you to park your vehicle in complete peace and quiet. To access it, you will be given an electronic box to open the gate.
Pets are welcome! However, they must always be under the supervision of their owners.
A little history... This vacation home is located on the historic property of François de l'Isle du Fief, port captain during the 18th and 19th centuries. This property has been awarded the Heritage label.
Free pontoon for boats at the Pont Neuf harbor, 300 m away (by reservation).
