Lovely 24m² studio apartment with balcony, amidst the must-see sites of the Venice of the Alps
Discover the town center with its lively market, cobbled streets and magnificent canals of "La Petite Venise des Alpes".
This apartment sleeps 2, on the 1st floor with elevator.
Very comfortable, bright and well-equipped. Its large bay window opens onto a 12 m² balcony, perfect for lunch after a day on the lake or in the mountains.
The apartment is equipped with a TV, wifi, and all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay, such as a Senseo coffee machine, washing machine...
The bathroom has a shower and WC.
Bed linen, towels and kitchen cloths are provided for your stay.
Numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance; you'll be able to get around without a car throughout your stay.
The lake is a 5-minute walk away. Bikes for hire at the foot of the building (a superb cycle path runs all the way around the lake).
️ Parking is available in neighboring streets (paying during the day but free in the evening and on Sundays) or in the Bonlieu underground parking lot (you can take out a package deal).

Annecy, the capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and quality of life.
Benefiting from a remarkable site downstream from the lake, the town has maintained its architectural and historical heritage.
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 7pm at the agency.
After 7pm, an autonomous arrival solution will be set up.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
