Discover the city center with its lively market, cobblestone streets and magnificent canals of "La Petite Venise des Alpes".
This apartment sleeps up to 5 people, on the 12th floor with elevator.
The first bedroom has a 180x200 queen-size bed and the second 2 single beds. A sofa bed is available in the living room.
You can enjoy the terrace after a beautiful day by the lake or in the mountains.
The apartment is equipped with TV, wifi, and all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay, such as a Nespresso coffee machine, raclette machine...
The bathroom has a bathtub and separate WC.
Bed linen, towels and kitchen cloths are provided for your stay.
Numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance; you'll be able to get around without a car throughout your stay.
The lake is at the foot of the building. Bikes for hire nearby (a superb cycle path runs all the way around the lake).
️ Parking is available in the condominium parking lot in free placement, ATTENTION there are no private spaces .

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and quality of life.
Benefiting from a remarkable site downstream from the lake, the town has maintained its architectural and historical heritage.
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
