Foz de Arelho, 8 km from the town of Caldas da Rainha, is bordered to the north by the Atlantic and to the south by the Lagoa de Obidos basin. The campsite is located in the tourist region of western Portugal, surrounded by nature and with beautiful iodized beaches of fine golden sand. It has shops, a swimming pool and accommodation for vacations and weekends.
The region is rich in places of interest. You can visit its historical heritage, which includes the Thermal Hospital, churches, chapels and museums, and contemplate its traditional ceramics or the pretty landscapes on the beaches of Foz do Arelho and Salir do Porto. You can also enjoy a variety of sports in the Lagoa de Obidos, the largest and most charming on the Portuguese coast; or go hiking in Paúl de Tornada, in the Berlenga Island Nature Reserve, the country's only marine reserve, in the Serra do Socorro or in the Serra de Montejunto Nature Park.
