Concerning the duplex, very good concept..photos on your site don't reflect reality, very stained carpets, obsolete kitchen utensils, Italian coffee maker capacity for 2 even though we were 4 adults... what we really didn't like was the fact that the owner's personal belongings were still on the premises. As a result, there was no room for our own belongings in the kitchen, bathroom and mezzanine cupboards.... it's the first time we've had to deal with this kind of situation... for me, apart from the furniture, the premises must be entirely available for the tenants. I have informed Square Habitat who will inform the owner.
