This 40 sq-m apartment is situated at the 4th floor of the residence Ruitor, residence with lift, and can accomodate up to 6 guests.
The sleeping arrangements
In the living-room, you will find a trundle sofa-bed.
At your disposal, a first bedroom with 2 simple beds.
On the second bedroom, you'll find a set of bunk beds.
Please note that the higher bed is not suitable for children under 6 years.

hello i would like to point out the faults for improvement but nevertheless we have been pleased with the apartment. things to look at: lock on entrance door, kitchen oven wobbly and door damaged, toaster out of order, water heater not activated on arrival, hob button without heating number. thank you.

Fourth rental in the Ruitor, very disappointed all the closets occupied by the sleeping kit, no place to store food. The state of the apartment is dilapidated, cleanliness more than average, lighting very average, etc.
