Comfortable 24 m2 air-conditioned apartment with terrace and elevator. Living/dining room with TV and sofa bed (160 x 190), Internet access, fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a shower room and toilet with washing machine. WIFI included and eco-responsible fiber bed linen offered.
The Jardins Bioves and Casino district, in the center of town, is renowned for its small park hosting unique citrus sculptures during the annual lemon festival, for its sunshine, and for its quality of life with shops and beaches nearby. Bus, bus station and SNCF train station are close by, making it easy to get around Monaco, Italy and the entire region.
- Check-in time: daily (except Sundays and public holidays) from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm - Check-out time (except Sundays and public holidays): Before 10:00.
- Arrival outside opening hours, or on Sundays or public holidays :
For arrivals between 7pm and 10pm, there is a €60 supplement to be paid on site. No arrivals after 10 pm.
- Deposit returned 15 days after departure.
*Cleaning: we require that garbage cans and fridge/freezer be emptied. Glass bottles are to be deposited in the appropriate containers in town.
