On the lower, semi-buried level (spiral staircase 52 cm wide), you'll find a 3rd 12 m² bedroom with 160x200 cm bed, flat-screen TV, wardrobe and en-suite shower room with shower, vanity unit, sanibrushed toilet and washing machine.
You can park your car in the garage at the rear of the building.
