In Aveyron, on the border between Lot and Cantal, on the heights of the village of Flagnac, this gîte is the ideal base for discovering three richly varied départements. Discover Conques, the boat trip on the River Lot or, in the middle of summer in Flagnac, the sound and light show "Yesterday a village ..." which will not leave you indifferent.
From the covered terrace, you can overlook the surrounding countryside.
Inside, a warm, contemporary atmosphere invites you to relax!
Independent, single-storey gîte/studio on the first floor of our house, just outside the village. Studio (sofa, TV) / kitchenette (dishwasher, washing machine) / sleeping area (1 bed 140), internet/wifi access, shower room, electric heating in cold season, fan in warm season, private covered terrace, private grounds, garden furniture, plancha, 2 deckchairs, private parking, table tennis, pétanque. Heated outdoor pool shared with owners.
Space is insufficient for an extra bed or crib.
Obligatory charges: bed made on arrival, towels and tea towels, end-of-stay cleaning.
