The apartment is very bright. It comprises an entrance hall with cupboard leading on one side to the fully-equipped kitchen and living room. On the other side is an independent WC.
The living room has a sofa for 1 person, and the bedroom has a double bed (160cm or 2 x 80cm, as the bed can be separated). The balcony faces south, so you can enjoy the sun and warmth of the south, and long meals with family or friends in complete peace and quiet. The bathroom opens onto the bedroom, with storage space, a towel dryer and a single vanity unit.

The residence is quiet and secure, close to all amenities, and parking is very easy as there is free parking within the condominium.
