Located in a residence halfway between Eyrac and l'Aiguillon beaches, attractive 53 m² T2 apartment on the second floor of a residence with elevator.
No parking available, but free parking is available around the Place de l'Eglise Saint-Ferdinand and surrounding streets.
Entrance with cupboard. A spacious living room with a 160cm BZ bed for 2 people, TV, WIFI and a dining area. All opening onto a large, unoverlooked balcony/terrace for outdoor meals with family or friends.
A kitchen equipped with hob, fridge-freezer, combined microwave and dishwasher.
To relax after a stroll around our beautiful town, you'll find a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, also opening onto the terrace, and a cupboard.
It also has a shower room with washing machine and separate toilet.
You're right across from the port, so you can enjoy your walks and bike rides, and just a few steps away from the Eyrac beach.
A few minutes' walk from all amenities: bakery-pastry shop, butcher's, fishmonger's, bar-tobacco-press, mini-market, pharmacy, boat hire, water-skiing, jet-skiing... and of course all the seafood restaurants in the Aiguillon district for gourmets.
