This cottage comprises a living room with fireplace, flat screen, open-plan fitted kitchen, laundry room (washing machine/dryer), wc. Upstairs: two personalized and tastefully decorated bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a double bed and a single bed, a shower room (shower + double basin), a toilet, a mezzanine sleeping area with armchairs. The dance hall: the ideal place to get together, with a lawn area and a pleasant terrace with everything you need for barbecues. Beds will be made up, linen and towels provided, end-of-day cleaning offered (subject to conditions), utilities included. Subject to availability, an extra night will be offered at the end of your stay (please check with the owner beforehand). Monthly rate ?1450. Motorcyclists are also welcome. Small dogs and cats are welcome. In the heart of the Pays d'Othe, 30 km from Troyes and its factory outlets. Jacques and his wife welcome you to ? La salle de danse', the village's former dance hall, has been renovated into a gîte. The stonework and exposed beams have retained the charm and elegance of this character house. Fully air-conditioned (reversible air conditioning).
