On the ground floor, you'll find a fitted kitchen, a vast living/dining room, a perfectly renovated shower room, and two bedrooms, one with a 160x200 cm bed, the other with a 140x190 cm bed. One toilet. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a 90x190 cm bed, and a third with a 140x190 cm bed. A second bathroom with toilet is at your disposal. The landing has been converted into a tent area, perfect for sharing convivial moments. The perfectly enclosed grounds will delight your pets. Fishing friends, you can park your boat in complete safety. A ping-pong table will liven up your evenings with family or friends, and the basement will also allow you to leave your bicycles safely on the trails of the Auvergne. A laundry room with iron, ironing board and drying rack completes the basement. Just a few kilometers from the lakes of the Forêt d'Orient, and 30 minutes from the historic medieval town of Troyes, come and stay at the g?te des deux familles.
