Welcome to the residence "Le Hameau de Talaris" which houses this small semi-detached villa!
You will be able to take advantage of the main asset of the residence, namely the collective swimming pool open from mid-June to mid-September!
Everybody will find his happiness ! You will find, in this small semi-detached villa, a living room with a flat screen TV, a kitchenette equipped with 4 electric plates, a hood, an electric mini-oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and a refrigerator with a freezer part...
A bathroom with toilet and a washing machine.
For the older ones, a room, in first floor, offers 1 bed in 140cm.
For the little ones, the attic mezzanine has 3 beds in 90cm.
The small + of the villa: each window is equipped with a mosquito net! Not negligible in summer!
The terrace welcomes you for your family lunches or your sweet summer evenings. Equipped with an electric barbecue, adapted terrace furniture and a parasol for sunny days.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
* Baby cot : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 30 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7 € per day or 39 € per week within the limits of available stock
