AT008 ULTRAMAR: Apartment built in 2010 on the second line of the beach, overlooking the sea and the promenade. The rental has 3 bedrooms (two doubles and one single), 2 bathrooms with shower, a dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen and a terrace with side views of the beach. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning and the rental price includes the use of a parking space for a small car in the same building. In the neighborhood there is a municipal park with swings for children and also all amenities like restaurants or supermarket, are within walking distance. Departure time: To specify your departure time, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.
Washing machine: Please wait 5 minutes before opening the door once the program is finished, otherwise the lever may break.
Air conditioning: It is forbidden to leave it on when you are not in the apartment, or to use it with windows or doors open.
Roller shutters: Be careful when raising them, and stop before reaching the blind stops. If you do this too hard, the shutter will be unusable and will need to be repaired.
Fridge: For optimum performance, it should be set to 5° (or between levels 2 and 3 if it's not digital). On the day of arrival, remember to open the fridge as little as possible if you've loaded it heavily with room-temperature products, as it can take several hours to recover the correct temperature.
Keys: Don't leave your keys in the lock. If you leave the apartment and the keys are left in the lock inside, you'll have to call an emergency locksmith (and they're very expensive).
Sheets and towels: On the last day, you'll need to leave your sheets and towels in the blue bag we'll deliver to you. It is not necessary to remove mattress protectors and pillows.
