This 90m² HOUSE of recent construction and on one level offers all the necessary comfort to spend a good holiday!
With its careful layout, it comprises an entrance hall, a living room with a flat screen TV opening onto a terrace and its enclosed garden, an American-style kitchen equipped with a 3-burner induction hob, an extractor hood, an electric oven, a microwave, a coffee maker and a toaster, a dishwasher and a fridge with a freezer part, a bedroom with 2 beds in 90cm and a cupboard, a wc with wash-hand basin,two other bedrooms each with a 160cm bed and a wardrobe, a bathroom with shower and bathtub + wc.
The garage used as a storeroom has a washing machine and a condensation dryer.
Its terrace opens onto an enclosed garden equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue.
An umbrella bed is at your disposal.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
