In the heart of the wooded estate of Pyla-sur-Mer, close to Arcachon's Moulleau district, this contemporary villa (approx. 80 m²) blossoms in a peaceful residential area, surrounded by greenery. In the heart of the wooded estate of Pyla-sur-Mer, close to the Moulleau district of Arcachon, this contemporary villa (approx. 80 m²) blossoms in a peaceful residential area, surrounded by greenery. It features a 950 m² garden planted with trees and enclosed, as well as two inviting terraces.
Upon entering, a corridor leads to a small shower room. The first bedroom, facing west, is equipped with two 90cm bunk beds and a closet. The second bedroom, facing south, has a 160cm bed and a cupboard/closet. There's also a bathroom, separate toilet and separate fully-equipped kitchen, with access to the north-facing terrace. The large living/dining room, with TV and sofa, has two exposures: north and south, with access to the terraces. The two magnificent terraces, one on the south side (with cane blinds to protect you from the sun) and the other on the north side, overlook the garden. The garden is spacious and enclosed, with ample parking space for several vehicles. The villa is fully equipped, including a cot and high chair. Internet/WIFI connection is also available. The location is ideal: the Moulleau beaches are just 1.6 km away, and Arcachon town center can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car. Pets are not allowed. White linen is not provided, but can be rented through our partner LocLinge (promo code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance is included (membership optional). Cleaning on departure is included, after regular maintenance during your stay.
