GARDEN FLOOR (access by inside staircase): 3rd bedroom (bolon flooring) facing West: 3 x 90cm beds, with access to garden, 4th bedroom (carpet flooring) facing West: 1 x 160cm bed, Bathroom with washing machine.
Two beautiful terraces with furniture: one on the south side (with sun blinds), the second on the north side overlooking the garden. The large enclosed garden provides parking for several vehicles.
This spacious villa is very well equipped (cot, high chair available), easy to maintain and very functional. Internet / WIFI is available. Its location is ideal, with the Moulleau beaches 1.6 km away and Arcachon town center less than 10 minutes away by car.
Pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted in the apartment. White linen is not provided, but can be rented through partner LocLinge (promo code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance is included (optional membership), as is a departure cleaning service (following normal, regular maintenance of the rental during the stay).
