This holiday home, conveniently situated within walking distance from Maussane's picturesque village centre, offers an authentic French experience in the Alpilles region. Immerse yourself in the charm of this location, where local shops, terraces, and restaurants are nestled in the village's square under the refreshing shade of plane trees.
This characterful holiday home comprises two floors. On the ground floor, a welcoming sitting room with a decorative fireplace, sofa, and study area opens to a small courtyard. The dining area features a piano, while the kitchen is equipped with essential amenities and seating for four at the bar stools. Moving to the first floor, the comfortable bedrooms await your stay. One of the bedrooms is accessed via external stairs.
Outside you’ll encounter enclosed, wooded grounds. The covered terrace features garden furniture and a barbecue, while the private pool, secured for safety, measures 9 m x 4 m and includes deck chairs.
The house is situated 800 m from the village's centre of Maussane les Alpilles, shops and restaurants are at walking distance. Maussane is a charming Provencal village at the foot of the Alpilles in Provence. At the village’s square with lots of restaurants you can taste local specialties such as: Tapenade, olive oil, goat’s cheese and wines.

Please note, a small stream runs alongside the property, requiring careful supervision of young children. Access to a third terrace is restricted due to safety concerns and is locked with an entrance gate. Additionally, one side of the house is attached to another property, ensuring no direct visibility into the pool area.
