This 75 m² townhouse is located in the golden triangle of Saint-Nazaire, 50 m from the beach and has a sea view. It can accommodate up to 7 people. It comprises an attractive 28 m² living room with furnished and equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you !

Ground floor:

1st floor:
- 28 m² living room with TV (via fibre-optic box), sofa, dining area
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Nazaire, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Petit Traict beach (visible from the balcony) less than 50 m away.
- Visits and walks: plant garden, 26-hectare landscaped park and sports park, fisheries, major seaport, Atlantic shipyards, Airbus Atlantic, submarine base, discovery cruises (during the day and evening in July and August).
- Sports activities: playground on the beach, football, volleyball, tennis, Léo Lagrange sports complex and stadium, Aquaparc (swimming pool with several pools including a wave pool, whirlpool baths and play areas), skatepark, escape game and gym at Ruban bleu (shopping centre 1 km from the house)
- Les Escales" festival, usually in July
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park for free in the street in front of the house and in the surrounding streets.

- Maudes" bus stop (several lines) 450 m away
- Nearest train station: Saint-Nazaire 2.7 km away (about 7 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Saint-Nazaire 10 km (about 20 minutes by car), Nantes-Atlantique 67 km (about 1 hour by car)
