Very comfortable and spacious house located in a quiet area of St Hilaire de Riez very close to the ocean and the large sandy beach, local shops (bakery, supermarket, bar tabac, restaurants and summer market in July and August) are about 850 m away.
You'll feel right at home in the enclosed grounds, where you can park your cars and enjoy the garden with the kids! A shelter for your bikes, as many cycle paths accessible to all are just a stone's throw from the house, for rides as far as St Gilles croix de vie or Notre dame to discover the Cote de Lumière.
The house comprises :

- well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, large fridge-freezer, television, and the option of eating in the kitchen.
- a large living-dining room with bay window overlooking the garden, a large dining table for 8 people and all the comforts of a living room, with an office available for teleworking
- a first bedroom with a 140*190 bed and a small wardrobe
- a second bedroom with a 140*190 bed and a pull-out bed (two 80cm-wide beds)
- a third bedroom with a 140*190 bed, a small wardrobe and a bathroom with sink and toilet
- a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, very accessible, renovated in 2023
