Portion of semi-detached house of 120 sq.mt. made of 2 apartments, with hexagonal above-ground swimming pool, able to accommodate 5 people in 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a single bed and 4 bathrooms: 2 with shower and 2 service bathrooms. Guests can dispose of 2 living/dining areas with well-equipped kitchen corner and satellite TV, a panoramic terrace located on the first floor; outdoor, there is a fenced garden on two levels, a gazebo with dining table and a portable barbecue. The accommodation, which is of latest generation, is also equipped with an underfloor heating and cooling system throughout the house, wi-fi internet connection, baby bed and high chair. Outdoors and swimming pool
Nestled on a beautiful hill, Villino Aurora is surrounded by a beautiful garden of approximately 230 sq.mt, well-kept and enriched with flowers, bushes and a variety of trees, completely fenced with metal mesh. Here the guests can take advantage of a lovely gazebo equipped for outdoor dining, a portable barbecue, as well as a wood-burning oven. Currently being installed is the hexagonal above-ground swimming pool, measuring 3x3 meters with a depht of 1.10 meters, equipped with sun loungers, 2 portable solar showers and trees providing shade all around. Below the house level, the property extends for approximately 1600 sq.mt, allowing to take lovely strolls among the olive trees, to meet the owner's chickens and even to cool off in a river below (about 200 meters from the house). All outdoor areas are well maintained and cared for. The property is accessible via a pedestrian gate and the car park is provided with an automatic gate with remote control.
Interior
The house, consisting of two apartments, has been completely renovated. The modern finishes, the mosquito nets in each room or the cooling/heating underfloor system create an innovative, insulated and resistant environment. The photovoltaic and water systems were recently installed. On the ground floor the first apartment (60 sq.mt.) opens onto a large living room with a table placed in front of the entrance window that overlooks the garden, a comfortable sofa, 2 TVs, a wood stove, a very well-equipped kitchenette (oven, microwave, double-door fridge with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, espresso coffee machine with pods and mocha, blender, juicer, kettle, washing machine and dryer; the hob with 4 burners, the extractor hood and the sink are located in the central island). From here, guests can access a service bathroom and a double bedroom with TV and private bathroom with shower.
With its own independent entrance, the first floor apartment (60 sq.mt) is accessible via an external staircase and it opens onto a large living room with comfortable sofas, satellite TV and wooden table, a well-equipped kitchenette (oven, hob with 4 hobs, extractor hood, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, moka coffee machine, juicer), a spacious terrace with panoramic views of the countryside.
From here, guests can access a double bedroom with TV and private bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a single bed and additional folding bed, a service bathroom.
Location
Villino Aurora is located in an ancient village where various signs of the Etruscan civilization have been found, situated on the western side of the Valdichiana Aretina, opposite to Cortona and nestled on a mountain overlooking the valley. From here you can enjoy a beautiful view, excellent tranquility and privacy. The house is particularly suitable for all those who love a holiday of relaxation, nature and sport. The swimming pool is open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September.
