In Baden, we offer you this charming new apartment with sea view, decorated with care, less than a kilometer from the beach. The view overlooks the bay of Toulindac with its small beach and sailing school. In the distance, you can see Ile Berder and the Mare current (one of the strongest in Europe). Ile aux Moines is just around the corner and can be reached from the landing stage, less than 10 minutes' walk away.
With a surface area of 65 m², it can accommodate up to 4 passengers. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises an attractive 31 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with work areas, a bathroom (with shower) and an 80 m² garden. Housekeeping is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows:

- A kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Two bedrooms with 2 single beds (90X200) and 1 queen bed (160 200)
- A bathroom with shower
