This two-bed home, spanning over three storeys, has been beautifully renovated with a modern minimalist style featuring warm colours and a trendy interior. Bright, airy, spacious - it's the perfect spot for a group of travellers or a family looking to get access to all the best London has to offer. On the lower ground floor, guests will find a large open plan kitchen which has been redesigned to the highest standard. The floor also features a dining table which can comfortably seat up to eight guest. The reception has been stylishly designed with choice pieces of decor, and includes a large sofa and armchairs for you to cosy up on as well as a TV to kick back in front of - ideal for evenings after a long day of exploring London. The ground floor features a variety of spaces to spend the day in. Moreover, there is another cosy reception, as well as patio. There are two bedrooms on the first floor with a shower room between them. Both maintain this trendy and modern vibe in its throws and selection of decor. Additionally, on the ground floor, guests will find a shower room as well as an opulent open air bath on the patio. The flat maintains an inviting vibe, and you'll feel completely at home whether you are kicking back on the sofa after a long day out or winding down on the patio.

'We recently (June 2023) had some issues with the washing machine and the fridge. The fridge has been replaced to a tabletop fridge, so it won't be matching the one in our listing pictures. Regarding the washing machine we are waiting on some parts to be delivered to be able to fix it, so at the moment there is no washing machine available. Thank you for your understanding.'

You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

You will be surrounded by a variety of great restaurants and bars, let alone fantastic parks. With so many stations in easy reach, you have access to anywhere in London.

London is well connected by train stations, as well as buses, and the property is in a very pedestrian friendly area. The home sits closest to London Fields station (Overground) and Bethnal Green station (Central line) so you have easy access to anywhere in London. You’ll also be able to catch a bus or hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around. If you fancy walking, a variety of attractions are less than an hour’s walk away.

The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home.

Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.
