It has recently been redesigned and refurbished to the best possible standard and it has a trendy new style, laid out in a fantastic space that is equal parts spacious and flooded with natural light. The home benefits from a high-spec kitchen, a beautiful garden and multiple skylights. The home is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We will send our housekeeping team to clean and tidy the home before the viewing takes place, which is completely free of charge.

This modern two-bedroom home has been fantastically renovated with a trendy style. Bright, airy, spacious - it's the perfect spot for both friends and family alike. The open plan reception and dining room has been stylishly decorated with choice pieces of decor and artwork, and includes a large sofa and armchairs for you to cosy up on as well as a TV to kick back in front of. The space also benefits from a large dining table which can seat four guests. The stunning kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities, has been redesigned to a high standard and benefits from a skylight which fills the room with lots of natural light. In addition, there is another dining table in the kitchen. There are a total of 2 bedrooms in this lovely home - both maintain a trendy vibe in its throws and selection of decor. Furthermore, there is both a bathroom on the ground floor. To top it off, the home boasts a spacious rear patio complete with garden furniture - perfect for those warm summer evenings. This house has an inviting vibe, and you'll feel completely at home whether you are kicking back on the sofa after a long day out or winding down on the patio.

The home has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the home must be prepared for viewings. Once a viewing is confirmed, we will send our housekeeping team to clean and tidy the home on the same day before the viewing takes place, which is completely free of charge. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the home is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.

You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

With a variety of bars and restaurants minutes away on the High Street, let alone parks and quaint trails along the River Wey, this home is perfect for both tourists and professionals. With the rail station a few minutes away, you have easy access to anywhere in London.

The home is a short walk from Weybridge rail station and can get you into central London within 30 minutes or less. You’ll also be able to catch a bus or use Uber to get around.

The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home.

Please note the clean and tidy service before a viewing is an essential part of staying in this home. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, or your kids won’t let you sleep in, you will find this home and the tidy perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is taking place. Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won’t be interrupted. The clean and tidy is free of charge, and if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you!The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.

Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.
