Stay in the heart of Marseille, a stone's throw from the St-Charles train station, in this atypical 40 m2 apartment with one bedroom and a large sunny terrace. Ideal location for exploring the city. Everything within walking distance!

Space
Our 42 m2 apartment on Rue du Coq is on the 4th floor (no elevator) of an old building. It's ideally located: the Old Port is a 10-minute walk from the apartment, and it's a fun walk up the famous Canebière to the mythical Old Port! The famous Cours Julien is an 8-minute walk away, where you'll find a lively nightlife with many bars and restaurants. The Marseille St-Charles TGV train station is less than 5 minutes' walk away.

The apartment features a beautiful living room with a sitting area for relaxing and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room opens onto a large terrace where you can enjoy your first coffee under the Marseille sun.

The sleeping area comprises a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed and storage space.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower and vanity unit. Separate WC.

You'll appreciate its location in the heart of Marseille, close to public transport (bus, metro, tramway).

You'll enjoy all the comforts you need for a great Marseille stay! Restaurants and cafés as well as shops (pharmacy, supermarket, bakery) are all within easy reach of the apartment.

To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we provide all linen and towels for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and bath towels. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.

We will contact you as soon as we receive your booking to provide you with all the necessary information, and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be made by pre-authorizing your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit. The amount is EUR 150

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.

Arrival between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.

Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.

For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.

Located right in the heart of downtown Marseille, in the Quartier des Réformés, close to the Cours-Julien and the Canebière, this is an ideal location for discovering our beautiful city on foot (Vieux-Port 10 min away) or by public transport (metro 1 min away). Discover this dynamic, lively and sunny city. You'll be able to visit museums on foot (Mucem, Cantini museum), discover the colorful Mediterranean markets and the beautiful beaches. You'll find plenty of restaurants and bars to enjoy a good time, as well as numerous shops for your shopping needs.
