Superb modern and cosy apartment, furnished and equipped for 4 people, with communal swimming pool (open in summer), air conditioning, wifi and private parking space. Les Arènes residence, 350 m from the Mediterranean square and 500 m from the beach.
The entrance hall leads to a fully-equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffeemaker);
Shower room with toilet and washing machine.
Main room with large sofa bed, Smart TV, storage space and loggia not overlooked. Air conditioning and wifi. Private parking space.
Optional extras: household linen is not provided, but can be booked in advance and collected on handover (double bed kit: €12.00 / single bed kit: €9.00 / towel kit: with one large and one small towel: €8.00).
You will be asked to pay the rental deposit, the "swikly" link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival (no checks or cash).
We are Chèques Vacances approved.

Keys are to be collected from the CITYGEST agency in Canet Plage between 3pm and 6pm during the summer season.
