The rental must be returned clean and in good condition.
Cleaning on departure is the responsibility of the tenant, who may, if he wishes, request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (rate communicated on request).
You will be asked to pay the security deposit for your rental. The link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be paid before your arrival (no cash or cheques).
