This 65 m² air-conditioned flat in Quatzenheim has been completely refurbished and can accommodate up to 5 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a living room, open-plan fitted kitchen, bedroom and shower room. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises

- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.

The flat is ideally located in Quatzenheim, in the centre of a small village of 700 inhabitants, 15 minutes by car from Strasbourg and 20 minutes from Obernai. There is a market every 15 days in the square down the road (Tuesday). There are no shops in the village, but there are shops which are 2km away by car.

- Walking, visiting the village and old houses, close to the wine route, close to the city sport and football pitch...

If you choose to come by car, you can park in the private parking space under the terrace sheltered from the rain. Maximum height for a vehicle is two metres.

Other comments :
- The mezzanine is not easy to access as the ceiling is quite low. It is therefore not suitable for tall people or the elderly.
- You have to climb about thirty steps to enter the flat.
- The television only receives channels via the internet.

- Pets are not allowed.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the flat for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
